Registration Open for 108th Annual Ocean City Baby Parade

What's Happening in Ocean City, NJ 7/26/17 Genevieve Goings and Constantine “DC” Abramson, the stars of Disney Junior’s “Choo Choo Soul,” will lead the 108th annual Ocean City Baby Parade at 5 p.m. August 10, 2017. Registration is open to anybody who wants to participate in the parade, which features children ages 10 and under. For an online entry form and more information, visit ocnj.us/babyparade. Participants also can sign up at the Welcome Center on the ground floor of City Hall at Ninth Street and Asbury Avenue. Night in Venice Features Boat Parade, Fireworks and Concerts

What's Happening in Ocean City, NJ 7/19/17 Ocean City’s 63rd annual Night in Venice celebration kicks off at 6 p.m. Saturday (July 22, 2017). The boat parade and decorated bayfront home contest provides a chance to be part of the highlight of the summer season in Ocean City. Thousands of spectators line the bayfront, and thousands more attend private parties at homes along the route from the Ocean City-Longport Bridge to Tennessee Avenue. This year, a fireworks display returns to cap off the bayfront festivities at the conclusion of the parade. The optional theme will be “Rockin’ Through the Decades,” a celebration of music, fashion and culture. Ocean City Music Pier Welcomes USO Show Troupe and The Hooters

What's Happening in Ocean City, NJ 7/12/17 The Ocean City Pops Orchestra will lead a musical voyage through the history of the USO in a concert Sunday on the Ocean City Music Pier. The Pops will be joined by the USO Show Troupe performing songs made popular by the Andrews Sisters, Bing Crosby, Rosemary Clooney, Fred Astaire, Gene Kelly and many more. The USO Show Troupe is part of an American tradition that dates back to its beginnings in the muddy camp shows of the South Pacific during World War II. With more than 350 live annual performances, the Troupe entertains approximately 600,000 service members and their families worldwide as well as nationally televised audiences. Sand Sculpting, Pops and Southside Johnny

What's Happening in Ocean City, NJ 7/5/17 The July fun in Ocean City continues this week with a sand-sculpting contest and salutes to Neil Diamond and Broadway by the Ocean City Pops, a concert by Jersey Shore icons Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes, and more. Wednesday night (July 5) brings a Neil Diamond tribute band performing with the Ocean City Pops. The Super Diamond show begins at 8 p.m. on the Ocean City Music Pier.
