Introduction

Established in 1986, Community Quest, Inc., formerly Disabilities Resource Center has steadily progressed to assist more people to live and work in the community. We are committed to continually improving the quality of services and programs and to focus on customer satisfaction.

Mission

To positively affect the quality of life for low income individuals and families in New Jersey and neighboring communities by providing innovative housing and employment.

Vision

To be the recognized leader in New Jersey and neighboring communities in providing quality services in the field of customized housing and career employment by the year 2010.

Credibility

Our agency currently serves approximately over 300 people in CARF (Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited Community Living, Community Employment and Community Respite Services. We have maintained the highest level of accreditation for over twelve years.

Customer Satisfaction
Over the years our service recipients have reported an average of 95% satisfaction with services.
Annual staff satisfaction surveys are returned with 90% of staff rating the agency services as good or excellent.
About 80% of the surveys returned by families, vendors and community members rate agency services as good or excellent. Additionally, 96% of those surveyed in the community would recommend the agency to others
