We offer TRX classes or for individual use.
Our trainers are experts in: Aerobics, Body building, Power lifting, Free Weights, TRX Suspension, Muscular Strength and Endurance, Sport and Athlete Specific Training, BodyBuilding, PowerLifting, Cardiovascular Training and Weight Loss.
