Doo Dah Parade Welcome in the Spring season with this comedy parade complete with over 300 basset hounds. Noon on Asbury Ave. from 6^th Street to 12^th Street and then up to the Boardwalk ending at 6^th & Boardwalk. Philadelphia Flyers great Mark Howe will be the grand marshal of the parade.  Howe will be available for free autographs and pictures at the Ocean City Music Pier for an hour after the parade.  Highlights will include the Hobo Band, the Jersey String Band, the Woodland String Band, the Kensington String Band, and the Galena Brass Band.  Dietz and Watson returns as the event sponsor.
