Part Time Office Manager / Order Fulfillment

Relax Concierge enhances Jersey Shore vacations with premium rental items and personal services. It is our goal to make vacation home rentals similar to a stay at a fine resort.

We are looking to a fill part time position based out of Ocean City. Individuals must be available part time during the week and on Saturdays through mid October, have a valid drivers license, and have access to a vehicle.

 

Responsibilities:

Answer phones

Manage email accounts

Process orders through computer based system

Assemble orders (Fold Sheets/Towels, Beach gear, Baby Gear)

Plan delivery routes

Coordinate schedules with delivery drivers

Assist with Saturday deliveries as needed

For both positions additional responsibilities may include: Assistance with marketing efforts and assistance with expansion of our referral network.
