Ocean City's Two Day Aviation Weekend Events

WHEN: Saturday, Sept. 15th -3pm
The Airport Festival will feature ground displays of antique and unusual airplanes. A Highlight of this display will be a rare Mitchell World War II B 25 Bomber that gained fame for its flexibility and durability during that conflict. The festival also features a Kite Festival, Paper Airplane Contest and Face Painting for Children, antique cars, music, food, airplane rides for a fee and more.
WHAT: Boardwalk Aerobatic Airshow
WHEN: Sunday, Sept 16th 1pm-3pm
WHERE: Can be viewed on the beach and boardwalk from 6th to 14th
The Boardwalk Aerobatic Airshow will feature individual aerobatic performances and groups flying in formation. Featured performances include the Twin Tiger Aerobatic Team of Buck Roetman and Mark Sorenson along with world-renowned stunt pilot Gary Ward in his MX2. An F-16 four-ship fly by is also scheduled during the Aerobatic Airshow .
