Down The Shore Realty, Steve Gillian

Steve was born and raised in Ocean City, where he and his family still reside. Combining many years of boardwalk business experience with the real estate business gives him a unique perspective on the local market. Steve has over 18 years of zoning and planning board experience as a board member in both Ocean City and Upper Township. Currently he serves as Chairman of the Ocean City Zoning Board of Adjustment.

On a personal basis he has volunteered much time over the years to community service, having served on several local organizational boards . In 2002 he was President of the Exchange Club of Ocean City and is a past Master of the Ocean City Masonic Lodge.
