Resort Realtors, Joan Gearhart

Joan Gearhart, a full-time resident in the northend of Ocean City since 1982 and a summer resident/owner since 1956. I enjoy working in the north end and the Gardens, so my preference for sales and rentals is that area. I do both sales and rentals for Resort Realtors, my rentals have led to three sales in the north end.
