Obtaining his license in 1985 Tim has been involved in all aspects of real estate for over 20 years including sales, rentals, appraisals, and property management. Tim is known for giving his clients a candid, objective view of what's going on in the market and the best options available for buying, selling, renting and maintaining shore properties. Tim has been active since 2006 as a director on the Ocean City Board of Realtors. He currently resides in Marmora with wife Kathy and twin daughters Katelyn and Maureen.
